Thirty minutes of some of my favourite practices. We’ll get all around the body from the neck all the way through to the hips. Expect a calming full-body experience. You’ll need a chair and a 23-cm/9-inch pilates ball. If you don’t have the ball, just use a rolled blanket or a bolster. (All Levels/30 Minutes)
