- “Buddhi Yoga has the best teachers.” We hear this all the time from our students and in our reviews. When owners Carolina Vivas and Amanda McCarroll opened Buddhi back in 2014 it was one of their top priorities to provide excellent instruction with the most experienced teachers around.
- Everyone is family at Buddhi. When you walk into a class at Buddhi, you’ll find that it takes a minute for the instructor to quiet everyone down in order to start class. It might seem strange to new people but we love it! The friendships that have bloomed at our yoga classes are what creates the warm and fun community we have. So enjoy the noise and join in! Introduce yourself and make a few new friends on top of taking an awesome yoga class.
- Our studio is clean, beautiful and private with lots of natural light. Buddhi is right in the heart of the La Jolla Village. We are located above Lululemon and the famous Girard Gourmet. It’s a great central location however it’s also very private. Once you walk up the stairs into our little sanctuary you will feel whisked away from the city below. From the floor to ceiling windows to the gorgeous outdoor garden you will love the high vibes at Buddhi Yoga.
- Yoga doesn’t have to be serious. We like to keep things light and fun. Life is stressful enough, we don’t want yoga to make you more tense. Our goal is for you to have an uplifting experience without any unnecessary and pretentious BS.
