Every Tuesday from 12 PM to 1 PM, join us for a session that promises relaxation, rejuvenation, and a unique journey towards inner peace. This class is a harmonious blend of restorative, gentle, and yin yoga, enriched with the soothing elements of Reiki and sound healing.
Meet Your Instructor: Tiffany Ketchmark
The soul of this class is our esteemed yoga instructor, Tiffany Ketchmark. Tiffany’s journey into the world of yoga began in 2009, sparked by a workplace wellness challenge. What started as an exploration quickly blossomed into a deep passion. Yoga became an integral part of her daily life, contributing significantly to her physical and emotional growth.
Tiffany’s Credentials and Philosophy

Educational Background: Tiffany is a well-trained and experienced practitioner. She earned her RYT-200H from Yoga Now Chicago, followed by an advanced RYT-500H with Inner Peace Yoga Therapy in Durango, CO.

Teaching Style: Known for her therapeutic and inspirational approach, Tiffany’s classes are characterized by a slow flow, catering to all skill levels. Her sessions are not just about physical exercise but are imbued with elements that nurture the soul.

Meditation and Mindfulness: Integral to Tiffany’s routine is meditation. She conducts workshops that are rich in themes and ceremonies, drawing upon her extensive knowledge in yoga therapy, Ayurveda, and international mindfulness studies.

Reiki Master/Teacher: As a Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher, Tiffany brings a unique dimension of healing and emotional well-being to her classes.
In 2019, Tiffany further expanded her expertise by completing a 2000-hour certification in Ayurveda with Ananda Ayurveda Academy. This achievement has profoundly influenced her practice, intertwining her various holistic modalities and shaping her personalized teaching style, both in group and private settings.
Tiffany also teaches Hatha Vinyasa Tuesdays 6pm-7pm in Berwyn, and Tuesdays 7:30pm-8:30pm Gentle/Restorative.
