Tapas (Discipline) – November 2022 Challenge & December Holiday Yamas Month
Today is Workout Wednesday andTapas (discipline) Day! We have a Yamas focused month for December holidays, so I am preparing for the holiday season with signing up for a Kindness Challenge and setting a personal resolution for our Yamas month.
