You’re probably like why are you writing a guide on freezing bananas Taylor? I’ve never asked myself “can you freeze bananas?” before because everyone knows you can! It really can’t be that hard and I usually just make baked bananas. Frozen bananas are not only great for baking but they’re also perfect for making a delicious strawberry protein shake (adding banana of course!).
And, my friends, it is NOT. BUT, there are some steps you need to take if you want frozen banana success in your life and I want to make sure that you are IN THE KNOW on the banana situation at hand.

Ingredients
- 4 Large ripe bananas (or as many as you want)
Instructions

Peel the bananas and slice them vertically into coins, just under 1/2 inch thick.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the bananas in a single, even row onto the baking sheet

Place into the freezer and freeze until the bananas are firm, at least 2 hours. I usually do overnight.

Once frozen, place the bananas into a large, zip-loc bag.

Store in the freezer and use as needed!
