
Yoga Challenge May 2022: Resolutions and Intentions – 8 Limbs of Yoga
Today we start our May Challenge! New Yogis are learning the 8 Limbs of Yoga, and Daily Yogis are setting priorities from the 8 Limbs Practices for May. I have been consistent with my journaling / Svadhyaya habit but am happy to revisit my focus on Aparigraha and gratitude.
