Cozy socks and a shawl would accompany me to in-person class … online yinning has me with candles & fireplace lit, layers of family quilts propping the ease of long holds, special medicine teas from my garden apothecary & the company of Stanley & Ashleigh, stretch out on my left stretch out on my right, sharing their sound healing cat purrs.
