Bianca is highly regarded as a yoga teacher, yoga teacher trainer, and therapist. Bianca’s skill is being able to adapt the practice to your specific needs, safely and to get the results you want. In her private consultations Bianca uses her 30 years of experience as specialist in the therapeutic applications of posture, movement and breathing, as well as her training as a physiotherapist, to help people of all ages recover from all manner of musculoskeletal problems and medical conditions, as well as help people to improve their levels of strength, flexibility, fitness, energy and wellbeing.
Sessions held Wednesday or Friday: 9.30am, 10.30 am or 11.30am (subject to availability)
Choose whether you would like a single session or book in for five. We will be in touch to set up suitable times and dates. Sessions are one hour and $220 (incl GST).
You can have private one-on-one or small group class in the comfort and convenience of your home or office and join in online via Zoom. This option is great for friends wanting to do classes together and share the cost. Your living area or meeting or conference rooms are suitable spaces to practice.
