When Illinois entered the current Reopening phase, “Recovery,” on May 29th, health and fitness clubs were allowed to begin providing outdoor classes and one-on-one personal training with IDPH approved safety guidance. Our plan under this phase includes both of these options, plus a continuation of virtual classes, now offered via MindBody Online.
Our New Classes:
We’re aiming to host four virtual classes per day, representing each studio, and one in-person, outdoor class per day in Oak Park, Berwyn, and Elmhurst. The outdoor classes have very limited space, so book early! New Live Stream Workshops:
We are also now scheduling special events via live stream. This weekend Lindsay Lempa Aldape will be teaching Yoga Nidra at 2pm on Saturday, June 13, and Family Yoga at 3pm on Sunday, June 14. In the coming weeks, in response to adjustments to the Recovery plan phasing or announcements by the governor, we will be evaluating all aspects of our reopening plan. We will continue to keep you apprised of changes to our schedules and decisions about in-person, indoor classes. In the meantime, we hope you endeavor to practice yoga as often as you can, either with us virtually or outdoors.
