This studio will introduce Ahimsa Power Flow and Ahimsa Chisel classes, which will be practiced in a beautiful and warm space. Ahimsa Power Flow is a vinyasa flow class with a unique twist – come and see for yourself! Ahimsa Chisel is our Power Flow class with more options for strengthening, as well as a hand weights section during class. All of the classes will end with a seated meditation to close the class.
We will also host Yin & Yang (30 minutes Ahimsa Power Flow, 30 minutes deep stretch in Yin), Yin, Prenatal Yoga (not heated, don’t worry!), and Ahimsa’s upcoming Teacher Training!
All classes here will complement our original studios classes and allow for students to explore different styles, teachers, and spaces at various times. Classes will be 60 minutes long, except for 50 minute lunchtime classes.
Many of our original Ahimsa teachers will be teaching classes in this new space, as well as some new teachers we are inviting into our family.
We are so excited to open up the space for you all shortly, and looking forward to opening our sixth (wow!) studio space to the public. Can’t wait to see you there, and stand in our POWER!
