Join me for two special pop up classes to practice a power yoga sequence that I practice regularly in LA. I plan on offering up a training this July to teach this unique and awesome style of vinyasa flow.

Ahimsa Power Flow is a unique vinyasa flow series that incorporates a teacher led power yoga practice with options for the student to flow on their own during class. Class is led to music in a warm room dim lighting, allowing students to become one with the present moment, get a little sweat going, and get into a moving meditation guided by their own energy level of the day. Class finishes with deep stretching, savasana, and a seated meditation.
