From messing up as a parent to falling out of poses and losing my temper, I fail often. The desire for perfection is a pursuit born out of fear, and playing it safe only leads to stagnation. Growth isn’t linear, but real progress happens when we stop running from our flaws.
Instead of ignoring hard emotions, I choose to feel them completely. Confronting the overwhelm and acknowledging the dark allows the intensity to fade so I can move forward. When you stop gaslighting yourself, you make room for gratitude, self-trust, and genuine growth.
