Sous Vide Steak
Ingredients
- 2 New York strip steaks 1 pound each
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Olive oil as needed
Instructions

Set up your sous vide in a large pot filled with water. Preheat to 130°F for medium rare.
