
We are continuing our special Pranayama week! Today we are trying a warming Pranayama.
We will start with Diaphragmatic Breath, and move on to Bellows Breath. This is a great warming Pranayama for first thing in the morning, or when you need an energy boost during the day! Please read full post for instructions!
