Ayurveda
for Yogis
An online workshop on Ayurveda’s time-tested guidelines for Yogi’s lifestyle, asana practice and much more
What do we learn in the Ayurveda workshop?
There are hundreds of questions in the minds of Yogis with regards to lifestyle and diet. What type of food should we eat? What should we avoid? Can I drink water in between the asana practice? What type of drinks one should avoid? How do we sleep and what should I do before sleeping?
Is it sufficient if I practice asanas for 90 mins? Should I practice more or less? Is asana practice the same for everyone? What factors decide the duration of the practice of asanas?
This workshop focuses on Yoga practitioners lifestyle, diet and practices from the Ayurveda point of view. The main intention of the workshop is to bring necessary changes into the lifestyle so that the asana practice and life of a Yogi/Yogini get better.

Busting the myths

These are hard to believe, fascinating facts and would reveal a traditional-rational perspective of Ayurvedic medicine.
