Dan’s body has been through a lot before he found Man Flow Yoga.
He used to be big into taekwondo and kajukenbo. In fact, he was a second degree black belt in both, but for the past several years he’s considered himself semi-retired because his body just didn’t function like it used to.
Well, everything started to change after he found Man Flow Yoga and made it a consistent staple of his workout routine.
