One might be tempted only to use it for elegant eats that could show up on the menu of a Michelin star restaurant. But why save them? After all, we believe there’s a sort of sinful fun in indulgence!
Today, we’re going to combine that drool-worthy decadence with something so seemingly commonplace it feels like sacrilege to savor: truffle french fries!
Truffle fries are offered at a number of restaurants as a delightful dip so you can see what it’s like to combine something so common as french fries with something so luxurious as truffles. But you can make them at home with simple potatoes, a little oil, and a dash of Parmesan! Those fancy restaurant fries might taste expensive, but yours will taste like a luxurious finger-licking feast!

Ingredients
