We are in the middle of a series on different categories of Asanas or Poses. Today we are covering Inversion Asanas!
Most Inversion Asanas are advanced poses, requiring significant upper-body and core strength. I do not include a large variety of Arm Balancing poses in my practice since I am still working on strength building. If you do have the strength to practice these more advanced poses safely, please do check the recommended additional poses link!
Today I recommend either Legs up the Wall Pose or a Supported Shoulder Stand!
