Dear Yogis and Yoga Enthusiasts,
We are thrilled to announce a week of outdoor yoga classes from Tuesday, August 15 to Sunday, August 20 while our studio undergoes a remodel (new floors!). Embrace the beauty of nature and join us for a series of FREE Outdoor Yoga Classes at the enchanting outdoor space generously offered by The Village of Oak Park, located at Adams and Lombard in Oak Park, IL. (You can input “120 Adams Street, Oak Park, IL” into your GPS for easy navigation.)
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, these classes offer something for everyone. From the energizing Vinyasa Flow to the meditative Restorative Yoga, we have an array of classes led by our experienced and passionate teachers. Each session will be held at specific times during the week, allowing you to choose the ones that resonate with your practice.
The rest of our classes are either canceled to give our teachers a break, or will be hosted on Zoom.

What to Bring:
Please remember to bring your yoga mats and wear comfortable clothing suitable for each class’s style. As the classes will be held outdoors, it is advisable to bring sunscreen and wear hats for sun protection. We will provide a limited number of yoga mats for those who may need them.
Restorative Yoga will require some props – we have listed them in the class description.
