This comprehensive six-module, 300-hour yoga teacher training is an excellent program for you to build on your teaching experience. Deepen your understanding of yoga with a team of experienced teachers. The first part of the training focuses on the power of Rocket Yoga. You’ll learn how to lead a rocket class, the essentials of adjustments, posture analysis and stacking methods for inversions. Handstands & Mobility and in-depth Anatomy and Physiology are taught to complement this part of the program. Learn the mechanics of flight, how to transfer weight into your hands, and practice handstands, elbow stands, peacock pose, and much more. In the second half of the training, you will study Yin Yoga to help you teach and practice a style of yoga that’ll help give balance to you and your students. This half of the course will also teach Traditional Chinese Medicine, meridians and anatomy. These topics will balance both the science behind these practices as well as the holistic aspects.
The following module is advanced creative yoga sequencing, designed to help you create intelligent and fun classes for all. Each course has a small class size, designed to give you more one-on-one time with the teachers to help you with your practice and teaching.
Complimentary shared accommodation is offered for the first 10 sign-ups. Listen to the calming waves as you practice and learn in the traditional thatched roof yoga shala right on the beach. Exclusively used for All Yoga trainings, the shala has an open-air design to allow the gentle sea air to flow through the building.
