November 2022 Challenge: Day 7 – Santosha (Contentment)
Today we are practicing Santosha (contentment) with our Asanas, or by focusing on the present moment. Getting outside, appreciating nature, and focusing on your senses all help with being present and living in the moment. Challenging balancing Asanas are a great exercise for Santosha.
