Ahimsa (Non-Harming) – October 2022
We are restarting our cycle through the Yoga Sutras with the Yamas. Today we are actively exercising Ahimsa or Non-Violence. This can be with thoughts, words, or actions.
We have a bonus daily meditation challenge for October – today is a guided meditation on non-violence for Ahimsa Day.
