Meditation June 2022 – Upper 4 Limbs of Yoga: Body Scanning Meditation
We are at the end of our special meditation-focused month and Upper Limbs week!
Today’s Daily Yogi practice is a body scanning meditation. You can try in Shavasana after Asana practice, or on its own. I usually start at my toes, and gradually tighten and relax each body part, then re-scan starting again at my toes.
