
Good morning Yogis! Since this is the start of the New Year, we are taking a long weekend focused on setting intentions and goals for both the month and the year. Today new Yogis are learning the 8 Limbs of Yoga, and Daily Yogis are setting priorities from the 8 Limbs Practices for 2022. I am increasing my journaling / Svadhyaya habit and prioritizing gratitude / Aparigraha.
