The flavor of these drunken noodles is perfectly balanced – spicy, savory, and slightly sweet – and the lime juice rounds the whole dish out. This Thai noodle recipe is also filling, loaded with protein from the shrimp and eggs and naturally gluten-free if using gluten-free soy sauce.
