- Mahi Mahi Fillets
- Olive Oil
- Old Bay Seasoning
- Salt
- Butter
- Lime Zest
- Fresh Lime Juice
How to make Air Fryer Mahi Mahi
Season
Rub the fish generously with olive oil and then season it with the salt and old bay seasoning.
Cook
Set the air fryer to 400 degrees and place the fish in the mesh basket. Cook it for about 7-9 minutes, depending on how thick your piece of fish is. Remove it from the air fryer and cover the fish so that it can rest for a bit. This will allow it to finish cooking.
Serve
Mix the melted butter with the lime zest as well as a pinch of salt. Serve the fish with the lime butter and a squeeze of lime if desired. DEVOUR!

Air Fryer Mahi Mahi with Lime Butter
Ingredients
- 1 Lb Mahi mahi fillets (about 4 fillets)
- 1/2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 3/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- Salt
For the lime butter
- 2 Tbsp Butter, softened to room temperature
- 1/4 tsp Lime zest, packed
- 1/2 tsp Fresh lime juice + additional for garnish
- Pinch of salt
