
July is National Anti-Boredom Month. We are having a special Santosha and Mindfulness Month trying different activities to at minimum beat boredom for Anti-Boredom Month, and hopefully help you experience a flow state.
Today we are learning a bit more about Mindfulness, the Zen Arts, and Tea Ceremony, and trying our own mindful tea ceremony!
