You’ll be slurping up this Peach Milk all summer long! Refreshingly fruity and SO easy to make, the whole family will enjoy this treat!

Ya, ya, ya I know we just slurped on strawberry milk a hot (errr, cold?) minute ago….but PEACHES.
I mean peaches and CREAM? It’s a play on that and it’s so quintessentially Summer that I could not NOT make it.
Could you even imagine drinking it with a plate of paleo peach cobbler? OMG would be SO GOOD.
This Summer-y little drink is super stinking easy and so slurpable on a hot day.
Not to mention, you get your servings of fruit WHILE you hydrate which is a win-win in my books!

Are Peaches Good for You?
Short answer: Absolutely! Peaches are not only juicy, flavorful and delicious, they also have quite a few health benefits. Peaches are high in vitamins C and E, and also contain vitamins A, K, copper and manganese, just to name a few. They are also jam packed with antioxidants which help your body fight aging and disease. Peaches can be known to also improve heart health and your digestive system’s functioning, so a tall glass of peach milk is not a bad idea at all!

Milk and Peaches FAQ
This totally depends on your dietary needs and/or preferences! For this milk recipe, you can totally use regular cow’s milk, 1%, 2% or full fat milk. All of these choices would have a delicious result. If you want to go dairy-free and add a bit more healthy fat and protein to your milk, consider using cashew milk or almond milk!
Yes! I have only tested out sugar in this recipe, however if you would like to use another sweetener, I think it would work well. I recommend using swerve sweetener, stevia or monkfruit!
Yes, I do recommend chilling the peach sauce, as it will be quite hot after you boil it and will result in warm milk. I think this milk and peaches is best served cold, however if you want to enjoy it warm then you don’t need to chill the sauce.
