We are working on Plank or Phalakasana, and modified Sun Salutations progressing from Ashtanga Namaskara / Knees-Chest-Chin to Chaturanga Dandasana / 4-Limbed Staff Pose to build arm strength.
Daily Yogis are trying the Yoga Workout for Chaturanga for arms, or for Glutes from the twisted/sister pose Dandasana or Staff Pose.
